Organize materials, tools, and equipment The company is seeking a Building Maintenance Assistant in Lavras. **Responsibilities:** Assist in building maintenance services (plumbing, electrical, and civil). Support inspections of common areas, stores, and kiosks. Perform minor repairs (painting, plastering, masonry). Organize materials, tools, and equipment. Clean and maintain gutters and technical areas. Support transportation of materials for construction and maintenance tasks. Monitor services provided by third-party companies. Assist in cleaning sewage and grease traps. Contribute to water consumption readings. Maintain tool condition and comply with safety regulations. Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, General Services Assistant, Building Electrician, or Plumber may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
