Job Summary: Billing Analyst responsible for analyzing processes, issuing invoices, and managing deadlines, ensuring compliance and organization of documents in the automotive sector. We seek and value talented individuals with personality, determination, and strong willpower. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Analyze processes and verify documents for invoice issuance; * Issue sales and service invoices, ensuring information compliance; * Monitor deadlines for received processes, ensuring adherence to established standards; * Organize documents and entries in the Holmes system; * Maintain communication with other departments to align information and support area requirements; * Knowledge of systems (Apollo preferred), internet, and spreadsheets. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields preferred); * Prior experience in billing, preferably within the automotive sector; * Knowledge of NF-e issuance and verification of fiscal documents; * Familiarity with management systems and electronic spreadsheets.
