Guiding and supervising laborers The construction company is seeking a Skilled Craftsperson in Lavras. **Responsibilities:** Perform masonry work, laying blocks and bricks, installing floor tiles and wall claddings. Prepare and apply mortar, concrete, and other construction materials. Perform basic reading and interpretation of construction drawings and measurements. Carry out plastering, rendering, screeding, and finishing work. Guide and supervise laborers' work. Ensure alignment, leveling, and plumbness of structures. Maintain site organization, cleanliness, and safety.
