Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and controlling the budget and cash flow for construction projects, tracking costs, and analyzing variances and financial impacts.

**Responsibilities:**
Prepare and monitor project budgets (direct and indirect costs)
Control cash flow per project and for the company
Track variances between budgeted and actual figures
Monitor costs for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors
Analyze costs by construction phase and cost center
Assess financial impact of delays, rework, and scope changes
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
Advanced Excel proficiency
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
