Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring and analyzing certified green coffee inventory data, developing dashboards and reports, and ensuring the integrity of records. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure the integrity of certified batch records Description: * Education: Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Agribusiness, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Technical Knowledge: Experience with inventory management systems; familiarity with agribusiness certifications is considered a plus; * ERP system knowledge (e.g., SAP, TOTVS, or similar); * English proficiency at intermediate level or higher; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on advanced Excel; Power BI knowledge is an important advantage; * Experience or basic understanding of audit processes. * Behavioral Skills (Soft Skills): * Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Organization, responsibility, and efficient time management; * Proactive approach, attention to detail, and results orientation. * Monitor and analyze certified green coffee inventory data to identify inconsistencies, trends, and improvement opportunities; * Develop analytical dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI for tracking operational KPIs; * Ensure the integrity of certified batch records for receipts, shipments, and transfers within the system; * Interface with internal departments (sales, logistics, and quality) to align processes and resolve deviations; * Support internal and external audits by preparing relevant documentation and evidence related to certifications; * Propose process improvements for certification control and issuance based on critical analysis and historical data; * Post announcements on the Rainforest portal and issue certificates, ensuring compliance with certifier requirements; * Participate in Sustainability department projects and initiatives, contributing analyses, reports, and technical support; * Strictly comply with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental standards, in accordance with the Integrated Management Policy, the Company Code of Conduct, and its Values and Principles. 2511050202231849689
