If you possess technical knowledge, expertise in industrial processes, and prior involvement in plant startups or transitions, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise all industrial production routines at the tallow plant, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity; * Coordinate operational teams, delivering training, technical guidance, and fostering employee engagement; * Ensure achievement of production KPIs, raw material consumption rates, and industrial yield; * Participate in strategic meetings and make decisions aimed at continuous process improvement; * Place raw material orders and monitor inventory levels required for operations; * Ensure compliance with environmental, sanitary, and occupational safety regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in production management at tallow plants; * Experience in industrial startups, management transitions, or implementation projects; * Knowledge of industrial processes, good manufacturing practices, environmental licensing, and MAPA regulations; * Willingness to work in Boa Esperança/MG. Biograx is a TALLOW PLANT that collects and processes bovine animal by-products, including: BONES, HIDES, VISCERA, and HEADS. At our facility, we produce MEAT AND BLOOD MEAL used as animal feed for POULTRY, PETS, and SWINE. We also process OIL: raw materials arrive in their natural state, are ground and cooked to separate liquid from solid components; the liquid is then extracted via pressing, heated, and centrifuged to remove impurities, resulting in VEGETABLE OIL destined for BIODIESEL manufacturing industries.
