Job Summary: Responsible for new product development, formula and process improvements, and knowledge transfer to maintain the company's innovative edge. Key Highlights: 1. New product development and formula improvement 2. Knowledge transfer and innovation 3. Conducting internal training New product development, formula and process improvements, and knowledge transfer to maintain the company's innovative edge. * Execute and critically analyze low-complexity internal tests for new products; * Conduct internal training related to formula and process creation and modifications; * Update technical lists in the TOTVS system; * Organize the R&D laboratory; * Meet innovation pipeline deadlines.
