Job Summary: We are seeking a creative professional who stays updated on digital trends to develop innovative marketing strategies for a bar network. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative work with social media and leadership We are a bar network in Belo Horizonte (BH) and the metropolitan region of Minas Gerais (MG), and we seek a creative professional who thinks outside the box to help us create attractive and innovative marketing. Then this position is for you! **Your responsibilities will include:** Designing logos, color palettes, and visual patterns for brands under the Meu Bhar Seu Pai group; Developing marketing materials such as business cards, brochures, banners, posters, packaging, and others; Creating social media posts, website layouts, infographics, and online advertisements; Performing photo editing, manipulation, and enhancement, as well as illustration refinement. Conducting layout design and visual organization for magazines, newspapers, e-books, and other media; Creating visually optimized content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Designing internal and external communication materials as needed; Developing templates for endomarketing, internal recruitment, and institutional campaigns of the group, ensuring visual identity consistency; Developing and adjusting layouts for advertising materials according to demand; Preparing budgets for marketing products and services and overseeing implementation; Collaborating with the social media team to support the development of advertising, institutional, and group-hosted event campaigns; Conducting weekly visits to units to map needs and co-create campaigns with leadership and the social media team; **What we expect from you:** ✔ Knowledge of social media and digital marketing ✔ Experience with tools such as **Adobe Photoshop (image editing), Adobe Illustrator (vector creation), Adobe InDesign (layout design), Figma / Adobe XD (interface and UX/UI design)** ✔ **Bonus:** Agency experience and product launches **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Advertising, or related fields** **What we offer:** **Health insurance;** **Life insurance;** **Funeral assistance;** **Dental plan;** **Meal allowance;** **On-site work** – Belo Horizonte (Pampulha) **Interested?** Send your **resume \+ portfolio** to **31\. 98297\.4761 or 31\.31 9284\-7156** and join our team!
