And now, we’re looking for new talents to grow with us on this journey! **Mission:** To systematically plan, produce, and manage Kaizen’s digital content—enhancing the company’s positioning in the international trade market, strengthening relationships, and generating visibility, engagement, and business opportunities. **Responsibilities:** * Strategically plan the editorial calendar, ensuring alignment with Kaizen’s institutional and commercial objectives. * Define topics, themes, formats, and posting schedules for digital channels, ensuring content consistency and relevance. * Produce institutional and commercial content (posts, captions, scripts, texts, and visuals) in accordance with brand identity. * Adapt technical international trade topics into accessible and engaging language, reinforcing Kaizen’s positioning. * Manage posts and interactions on social media platforms, maintaining communication standards and strengthening audience relationships. * Respond to comments, messages, and mentions across digital platforms, applying the official brand voice. * Monitor post and campaign performance, analyzing metrics related to reach, engagement, and conversion. * Interpret digital data and indicators, preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement to leadership. * Support the execution of marketing campaigns and institutional initiatives, ensuring cross-channel integration and alignment with overall strategy. * Prepare monthly management reports covering results, learnings, and improvement plans. * Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and PD teams to align communication topics and joint initiatives. * Research digital trends and industry best practices, proposing content improvements and innovations. * Organize files, spreadsheets, and databases related to campaigns and social media materials. * Track the evolution of the company’s digital channels, contributing optimization suggestions. * Promote continuous improvement of digital content processes, in line with Kaizen’s principles. **What We Require:** * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Experience managing corporate social media accounts. * Knowledge of written and visual content production. * Familiarity with digital scheduling and monitoring tools. **What We Consider an Advantage:** * Experience in a B2B environment or in international trade. * Basic graphic design knowledge. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Experience with marketing automation. **What We Offer:** * Meal Allowance * Mobility Allowance * Viva Psychology Program * Profit Sharing
