Focus on occupational safety, standards, and sustainability. **Description:** Education Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields Requirements Solid experience in managing/coordinating substation construction projects; Knowledge of ABNT Technical Standards (NBR) related to the activity; Knowledge of safety, health, environmental, and quality procedures; Strong knowledge of project management practices including planning, monitoring, and controlling schedules and costs; Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Driver's License Category B; Willingness to remain on-site at construction projects in Mato Grosso do Sul. Advantages Postgraduate degree in project management; Extensive experience in substation construction projects; Technical Registration (CREA) for substation construction projects of 138kV or higher. Mission Lead the safe and efficient execution of substation construction projects, promoting technical quality, schedule adherence, and regulatory compliance, with focus on people management, team engagement, and safety culture. Responsibilities Manage field teams, ensuring efficient execution of activities at substation construction sites; Address execution-related issues to ensure compliance with contractual deadlines; Coordinate implementation and mobilization planning in alignment with technical and support departments; Define and plan required resources to ensure proper project execution, maintaining productivity and efficiency; Participate in client meetings, maintaining clear and effective communication regarding project progress; Monitor cash flow and prepare managerial reports for assigned projects; Ensure strict adherence to occupational safety regulations, guiding supervisors and promoting risk awareness with a goal of zero accidents; Supervise monthly project measurement processes, ensuring contract compliance and billing control; Ensure compliance with all internal company and project-specific regulations and procedures; Support quality, safety, and environmental policies by promoting sustainable and safe practices during project execution; Ensure appropriate use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), in accordance with current regulatory standards. 2512100202181912044
