Comprehensively perform analysis, modeling, development, implementation, and maintenance of information systems, ensuring excellence at each phase of the lifecycle. 2\. Define and apply unit tests for subsystems or programs, ensuring integrity and functionality of developed systems. 3\. Identify and research new software solutions in the market, contributing to technological innovation and updates. 4\. Ensure adherence to established project development deadlines, guaranteeing timely and efficient delivery. 5\. Lead the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for systems, complying with company-defined standards to ensure consistency and clarity. 6\. Analyze impacts related to changes in system and infrastructure configurations, enabling effective change management. 7\. Ensure efficient handling of user requests for systems, promoting user satisfaction and usability. 8\. Prepare and configure server backups at predefined intervals, ensuring data security and integrity. 9\. Analyze developed processes and implement automation processes to increase efficiency and reduce potential errors. 10\. Provide technical leadership in implementing modifications for new projects and solutions related to information systems, ensuring high-quality outcomes. 11\. Evaluate the impacts that new system implementations may have across various organizational areas, considering aspects such as training, organizational culture, and resistance to change. 12\. Analyze and research common methods of organization and access in database software, staying updated on best practices. 13\. Gather system requirements by interviewing users and collecting necessary information for system analysis, developing functional and technical solutions to meet predefined needs. 14\. Analyze and evaluate system applications across the entire organization. 15\. Analyze and develop information that contributes to providing technical opinions supporting managerial decision-making, ensuring full efficiency of processes and activities within the scope of responsibility. 16\. Gather requirements, specify, test, implement, train, and provide Level 1 (N1), Level 2 (N2), and Level 3 (N3) support for business systems. 17\. Propose and implement improvements to processes within the area of responsibility, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and definitions. 18\. Stay updated on trends within the area of responsibility and on new tools, features, and technologies available in the market. 19\. Participate in internal and external training programs to enhance knowledge relevant to the area of responsibility. 20\. Understand the company’s mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, and comply with organizational and coexistence rules. 21\.
