Support the organization of information and development of tracking controls and tools, contributing to process improvement, operational efficiency of the department, and quality of the patient experience. **Schedule:** 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday **Stipend:** R$1\.000,00 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Life insurance **Responsibilities and Duties** Support the navigation and follow-up process for patients indicated for surgery, assisting in monitoring pre\-operative status. * Proactively search electronic health records for information, identifying pending exams, required consultations, authorizations, and missing documents that impact surgical clearance; * Support updating and refining surgical and oncological queues, ensuring data consistency and traceability; * Assist in identifying patients ready to complete the pre\-operative phase, contributing to optimization of surgical scheduling; * Conduct administrative communication with clinical staff, care teams, and support departments to resolve issues related to the surgical process; * Support documentation organization and control for surgical processes, ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements; * Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating departmental operational documents, including workflows, routines, and administrative records; * Support medical record auditing, verifying presence of mandatory documents and required clinical records for surgical process management; * Compile, analyze, and organize operational data, contributing to indicator generation and departmental performance monitoring; * Support structuring strategic spreadsheets and databases, contributing to tracking indicators related to pre\-operative workflow; * Participate in operational meetings with medical and administrative teams, supporting documentation and follow-up of defined actions; * Assist in communication and dissemination of information to clinical staff regarding surgical workflows and institutional processes; * Support quality management activities, including adverse event reporting and tracking of improvement plans; * Maintain organized institutional documents, spreadsheets, and files, ensuring easy information access and process traceability; Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level upon request from the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Nursing program **Desirable:** From the 4th semester onward We are Santa Casa BH, and we work for a cause: delivering cutting-edge healthcare to everyone.
