Opportunity for development in continuous improvement and industrial management **Job Title: Production Engineering Intern** **Position Title:** Production Engineering Intern **Department:** Production / Engineering / PCP **Reports To:** Production Supervisor / Supervisor / Industrial Management **Location:** Contagem **Employment Type:** Internship Job Summary The Production Engineering Intern will be responsible for supporting ERP implementation and monitoring, contributing to PCP structuring, assisting in the registration and standardization of products, parts, materials, and processes, as well as collecting production times and supporting documentation and process improvement within the company. Key Responsibilities **ERP Implementation and Monitoring:** Support ERP system implementation, monitor its operation post-implementation, and assist in validating registrations, processes, and data entered into the system. **PCP Structuring:** Assist in PCP implementation, accurate registration of products, parts, materials, and bill-of-materials, and support organizing information required for production planning and control. **Production Time and Process Assessment:** Collect production time data for each stage of the manufacturing process, monitor production flow, and support analysis of bottlenecks, losses, and improvement opportunities. **Process Documentation and Standardization:** Help create, document, and standardize company processes by developing work instructions, operational workflows, and internal controls. **Continuous Improvement Support:** Support production improvement routines, organize shop-floor information, and perform other activities related to production engineering and industrial management. Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** Pursuing a degree in Production Engineering. **Experience:** No prior experience required; interest in industrial processes, PCP, and management systems is desirable. **Technical Skills:** Basic Excel knowledge. Proficiency with systems and data organization. Familiarity with production processes and continuous improvement. **Behavioral Skills:** Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. Commitment, responsibility, and eagerness to learn. Working Hours (6 or 4 hours per day within this timeframe): * Monday to Thursday: 7 AM to 5 PM. * Friday: 7 AM to 4 PM. Benefit * Transportation allowance (public transport or fuel assistance).
