We seek someone eager to elevate our employer brand standards, transforming each onboarding into a tool for retention and success. **Responsibilities and duties** * **Strategic Partnership:** Collaborate closely with managers to precisely define the technical and behavioral profile for each role, ensuring maximum accuracy in identifying the ideal candidate. * **Manager Training:** Train Pollo’s leaders on interview techniques and how to deliver effective feedback during the probationary period. * **Market Mapping:** Identify and approach strategic talents from competitors and related sectors to maintain a perennial talent pool. * **Vacancy Management:** Oversee all tactical and operational selection processes—from alignment with managers to final offer issuance. * **Employer Branding:** Ensure all candidates perceive Pollo Engenharia as a brand of excellence. * **Competency-Based Selection:** Apply methodologies and technical/behavioral assessments to guarantee cultural fit with the company. * **Excellence Onboarding:** Manage the onboarding workflow, including physical preparation of the Admission Kit and verification of the Support Point. * **Mentorship Management:** Ensure new hires have both technical and social references during their first weeks. * **Performance Monitoring:** Track the first 3 weeks and first 3 months to validate fulfillment of hiring promises and collect feedback. * **Expectation Alignment:** Act as a mediator to ensure company culture is lived across all work fronts. * **KPI Management:** Monitor metrics such as *Time to Hire*, *Cost per Hire*, and early-month retention rate. * **Turnover Analysis:** Investigate reasons for attrition to adjust role profiles and improve selection accuracy in future cycles. * **Events and Partnerships:** Represent Pollo at talent fairs or universities to strengthen our brand. **Requirements and qualifications** * **Academic Background:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * **R\&S Experience:** Proven, solid experience in recruitment and selection processes is essential. * **Selection Methodologies:** Proficiency in competency-based interviewing and application of behavioral assessments. * **HR Systems:** Experience with recruitment and selection systems (ATS). * **Consultative Profile:** Ability to align role profiles with managers and confidently lead final offer negotiations. * **Candidate Focus:** Capacity to ensure candidates perceive Pollo Engenharia as a brand of excellence throughout the entire selection process. **Additional information** Benefits: * Psychosocial Support Allowance * Annual Bonus * Multi-Benefit Card (Swile) * Day OFF (a day off during your birthday month) * Collective Holidays * Right Referral – New Clients (0.5% commission on VGV) * Right Referral – New Employees (20% of gross salary after confirmation) * No dress code: dress comfortably * Career Development Plans * Dental Plan * Well-being Programs and Initiatives * Life Insurance * TotalPass * Commuter Benefit (paid via payroll) ### **Build the future with Pollo Engenharia.** #### **Want to join a company that transforms people's lives and cities' futures?
