Summary: Seeking a Physical Global Trade Operations Analyst to manage end-to-end export operations for green coffee shipments from Brazil, ensuring on-time and compliant deliveries through coordinated logistics and documentation. We're looking for a Physical Global Trade Operations Analyst, that will be responsible for managing end\-to\-end export operations for green coffee shipments from Brazil, coordinating samples, bookings, documentation, and stakeholders to ensure on\-time and compliant deliveries. Responsibilities: * Coordinate PSS sample preparation, dispatch, and buyer approval follow\-up. * Receive/issue shipping instructions (FOB/CIF/In\-store) and manage bookings aligned to delivery dates. * Coordinate loading/stuffing with suppliers, warehouses, inspectors, and internal logistics; track deadlines and changes up to port. * Review/approve export documents; sign/endorse and dispatch originals when required; archive documentation. * Maintain accurate records in the system (stock, shipments, sales invoices) and support client portal uploads. * Provide shipment updates/advice to clients; coordinate OBL pickup, local charges, and receipts. * Support financial operations (supplier payments, bank collection instructions, invoice approvals, demurrage/detention review). * Resolve operational issues and escalate risks early; collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Quality, and Compliance Qualifications: * University Degree in business administration or related fields * 2\- 5 Years Working Experience in international trade operations/export logistics (coffee/agri\-commodities preferred). * Strong knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms (FOB/CIF/In\-store), and forwarder/port coordination. * Process/compliance mindset; able to work with deadlines and high volume. * Strong stakeholder management and clear communication. * Systems proficiency (ERP, shipment tracking, Excel). * High proficiency in English written and speaking is required.
