SESMT Supervisor

Description

We are looking for an SESMT Supervisor to join our team in Luís Eduardo Magalhães/BA. This is a critical role to ensure workplace safety and health, and we need someone with a solid background in Occupational Safety and a professional registration. You must be proficient in NR-6 (PPE), NR-12 (Machinery and Equipment), NR-17 (Ergonomics), NR-35 (Work at Heights), and other relevant legislation. Your experience must include proven leadership of teams and conducting CIPA-A training. Additionally, it is essential that you monitor OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) indicators and support internal and external audits. Ensuring compliance with NRs and legislation is fundamental to your role, as is identifying risks and implementing corrective measures. You must oversee the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and conduct safety campaigns and training. Guiding employees on accident prevention and recording and investigating incidents to prevent recurrence are responsibilities you must perform efficiently. Practical experience in the industry is an important differentiator for this position.
