We don’t focus solely on development and coding; as a Team Tech Lead, you’ll assume a leadership role across the entire software development lifecycle—from requirements gathering and specification, architecture definition, modeling, implementation, testing, quality assurance, to system deployment and maintenance. In other words, you’ll have opportunities to grow across multiple areas! Work is conducted within collaborative teams fully focused on delivering optimal results for each client—and your role will be to lead them by example and serve as a technical expert contributing to the team’s success. We apply agile methodologies, and our team adopts a full-stack profile, working primarily on the SYDLE ONE platform.
