Job Summary: The Quality Assistant will support the department by ensuring compliant processes, conducting inspections and internal audits, and implementing continuous improvements. Collaborating with teams to meet quality standards The Quality Assistant will be responsible for supporting the quality department, ensuring that processes comply with the company's established standards. Activities include performing inspections, internal audits, data analysis, and supporting the implementation of continuous improvements. The professional will work closely with the quality coordination team, Occupational Safety, Information Security, the operations team, and other departments to ensure adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities: Perform quality inspections on processes; Assist in drafting and updating quality procedures and documents; Participate in internal audits and prepare reports; Analyze quality data and identify improvement opportunities; Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions; Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with quality standards; Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records; Manage SGQ documentation control, including preparation, review, revision, printing, and distribution of documents; Collect and tabulate SGQ indicators; Assist the quality coordination team with internal departmental requests; Requirements: **Prior experience in the quality field, primarily related to documentation**; Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., PDCA, 5S, ISO 9001\); Proficiency in reading and interpretation; Ability to identify non\-conformities and propose solutions; Excellent communication and teamwork skills; Attention to detail; Qualifications: Basic computer skills, especially in Word, Excel, and quality management systems.
