Job Description We are seeking a **Mine Planning Coordinator**, a professional responsible for leading the development, control, and optimization of long- and medium-term mining plans, ensuring alignment with internal policies, regulatory standards, and international resource and reserve reporting standards. **Key responsibilities include:** * Lead the Mine Planning area, managing human, financial, technical, material, and environmental resources in accordance with internal, regulatory, and international codes. * Ensure execution of Long-Term Mining Plans, guaranteeing adherence to budget, environmental guidelines, and technical support to mine operations. * Serve as the technical authority for the **Annual Mining Report (RAL)**. * Develop and validate the **Terms of Reference** for the mining plan. * Validate reserve models and conduct optimization, sequencing, and operationalization processes for pits throughout the mine’s life (*Life of Mine*). * Manage CAPEX and OPEX for the area, focusing on reliability, cost, and performance. * Assume responsibility for reserves across all mines within the complex, following best practices and international codes. * Prepare the Reserve Statement; * Lead innovative projects and initiatives that deliver economic benefits and operational improvements. * Manage contracts related to the Coordination function, ensuring efficiency, controls, and compliance. Qualifications **The profile we seek for this position:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering and postgraduate qualification in the field—with active CREA registration; * Proficiency in mine planning across various time horizons; * Experience in Reserve Statements; * Advanced English proficiency (for reporting); * Willingness to reside in Barro Alto or Goianésia-GO.
