Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized work environment **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 44 Hours Per Week **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Willingness to work on farms located within a 60km to 100km radius of Luís Eduardo Magalhães/BA.** * Perform cleaning and maintenance of internal and external cafeteria areas, including floors, walls, windows, furniture, and equipment; * Sanitize kitchen utensils such as plates, cutlery, glasses, and pots, ensuring they are ready for use; * Collect and dispose of waste appropriately, following established safety and hygiene standards; * Assist in organizing and restocking cleaning and hygiene supplies, keeping inventory updated; * Collaborate with the cafeteria team on various tasks, such as arranging tables and chairs, as needed; * Clean restrooms and common areas, ensuring they remain in suitable condition for use; * Follow occupational safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by the company; * Attend periodic training sessions and meetings to update knowledge of cleaning procedures and standards; * Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized work environment, promoting employee satisfaction. * Requirements: **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience as a cleaning assistant; * Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleaning; * Ability to work in a team; * Flexibility to work varied shifts; * Willingness to reside on a farm. **Benefits:** Accommodation, Medical Assistance, Mobility Allowance, Profit Sharing Program (PPR), On-site Meals, Life Insurance
