Management of payments, authorizations, and medical documents Description * Receive and interact with external and internal audiences, work areas, or administrative units in a pleasant, prompt, and collaborative manner to provide information and direct them to their desired location; * Operate the information systems adopted by the São Camilo network; * Register patients in the Smart system; * Confirm medical appointments, examinations, and procedures; * Schedule appointments, examinations, and procedures; * Receive payments for appointments, examinations, and procedures; * Close the daily cash register; * Request health insurance authorizations; * Issue invoices; * Answer phone calls and respond to patients via the communication channel adopted by the clinic; * Verify health insurance forms, obtain physician signatures, and forward them to the Billing Department; * Restock office supplies and prescription pads; * Print health insurance forms, forms, and place them in physicians' office folders; * Print examination reports; * Place patients in the queue for medical re-evaluation; * Request attendance certificates and/or accompanying person certificates from physicians; * Ensure the safekeeping, preservation, maintenance, and cleanliness of equipment, instruments, materials used, and the workplace; * Perform other related tasks as required or at the discretion of the supervisor.
