




Job Summary: Assist in grain treatment, cleaning, loading, and unloading procedures, contributing to the productivity and efficiency of the production department. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in grain treatment, cleaning, loading, and unloading procedures, as well as other activities related to maintaining the production process, performing lower-complexity tasks associated with grain classification, aiming to continuously improve departmental productivity and efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** Unload grains using a tipper and clean trucks; Receive corn upon arrival and perform classification using appropriate tools; Open and close warehouse discharge spouts; Clean elevator tunnels and pits; Remove impurities from pre-cleaning; Perform aerial loading of DDGS and corn; Clean the machinery house and highway scales; Receive and inspect biomass and corn trucks; receive and verify documents related to biomass loads; measure trucks; classify biomass, grains, and various products; Participate in inventory and other operational areas; Clean, and perform other sector-specific duties; Carry out job-related activities while fully complying with all occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations established by the organization, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the position and department. Responsible for immediately reporting to their direct supervisor any activity posing a risk to their own health or that of fellow workers; Perform duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through sustained organization, standardization, and cleanliness of the workplace; Safeguard company property under their responsibility and promptly report any problems or damages detected to their direct supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education.
