Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties*** Diagnose agricultural equipment and implement required solutions. * Perform low\-complexity mechanical repairs on site or in the workshop, including component replacement and adjustment. * Conduct detailed inspections of machines and implements, identifying damage and maintenance needs. * Replace\/repair items related to the mechanical systems of agricultural machines and implements. * Provide direct technical support to customers, clearly explaining procedures performed and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Travel to customer locations to perform maintenance and inspections, maintaining constant and proactive communication. * Ensure full customer satisfaction with the service delivered, consistently striving to exceed expectations. * Record all services performed and parts used in the dealership's internal system. * Issue detailed technical reports for each service, including information on repairs carried out and recommendations for the customer. * Conduct tool inventory audits and organize spare parts stock. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, storing parts and tools safely and orderly to optimize performance and productivity. * Assemble tool kits for technicians and ensure all tools are properly cleaned and stored in their designated displays. * Participate in small mechanical initiatives and projects, performing adjustments and innovations as needed. * Conduct technical handover of equipment. * Maintain and clean machines when necessary. * Complete mandatory factory training, AGCO. * Availability for flexible hours and travel. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a technical education. * Initial experience or practical exposure in the agricultural sector (internship, workshop, fieldwork, dealership, or technical assistance). * Basic knowledge of agricultural machinery and their systems (mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical). * Interest in providing field technical service and customer support. * Availability for travel, external assignments, and technical training. * Driver's license category B. * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and internal systems). * Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams. * Availability to participate in mandatory factory training and certifications. **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS—THAT'S WHY WE VALUE OUR EMPLOYEES IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We also offer the traditional benefits you already know.
