PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who are approved may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\.. The Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Young Apprentice) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated in current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** Verification of the qualifications listed below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. Verification of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** Experience in pedagogical activities and delivering instruction to youth or adults in the following curriculum areas: Portuguese language, writing, interpersonal relationships, motivation, leadership, human resource management, administration, and/or finance. **VERIFICATION:** Supporting documents must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Professional experience verification must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s letter containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), type of service rendered, and description of activities performed; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, clearly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses terminology corresponding to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to verify experience.
