PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process is intended to select professionals to fill vacancies as required by SEST SENAT. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Dentist – General Practitioner **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapeutic, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee’s monthly premium covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly premium covered by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift rotation will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call-up; the candidate must inform availability for the scheduled hours. Candidates who decline the position due to the assigned work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 20 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 6490\.52 **UNIT:** Primavera do Leste/MT **Job Summary:** Performs actions related to promotion, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of dental and oral diseases and conditions, through outpatient clinical procedures and educational activities. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **DOCUMENTATION:** ACTIVE REGISTRATION WITH THE REGIONAL DENTAL COUNCIL (CRO). Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the respective Regional Council, valid within its expiration date and displaying the professional’s full name. (At the time of admission, a “no record” certificate issued by the competent authority will be required.) b) Declaration/document issued by the Regional Council confirming active registration number, full name of the professional, validity period, and duly signed and stamped. **EXPERIENCE:** PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN CLINICAL DENTAL CARE. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of services rendered, and description of performed activities; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification page and employer registration, explicitly linking to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature consistent with that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying performed activities, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
