PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. The Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** General Practitioner Dentist **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Fixed-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must declare availability for the assigned schedule. A candidate who declines the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **Workload:** 20 hours per week **Salary:** R$ 6490\.52 **Unit:** Rua Goias, QUADRA 118, Cidade Salmen \| Rondonópolis MT \- 78705194 **Job Summary:** Responsible for providing outpatient and emergency dental care and promoting awareness of oral health. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **DOCUMENTATION:** ACTIVE REGISTRATION WITH THE REGIONAL DENTAL COUNCIL (CRO). Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the respective Regional Council, valid within its expiration date and displaying the professional’s full name. (At the time of hiring, a “no records” certificate issued by the competent authority will be required.) b) Declaration/document issued by the respective Regional Council indicating the active registration number, the professional’s full name, validity period, and duly signed and stamped. **EXPERIENCE:** PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN DENTAL CLINICAL CARE. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of services rendered, and description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Social Security and Labor Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including the identification page and employer’s registration, explicitly linking the employment record to the targeted position (only if the CTPS job title correlates with the requirement stated in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the job title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation. Basic health actions: promotion; prevention; rehabilitation; health barriers and behaviors; levels of health care.
