We are seeking professionals to work as Sales Representative at an authorized Claro store, offering comprehensive telecommunications solutions. Here, your role will be to delight customers with excellent service and a results-oriented approach. What will be your responsibilities? " Provide in-store customer service with excellence, agility, and friendliness; " Identify each customer's consumption profile and recommend suitable Claro products and services; " Perform administrative and fiscal routines related to sales and transactions (payments, documents, etc). Requirements: Completed high school education; Prior experience in retail, telecommunications, or sales is desirable; Customer service experience is considered a plus; Strong communication skills, logical reasoning, and energy for sales; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
