




Job Summary: Responsible for executing accounts payable and receivable activities, ensuring timeliness and agility in financial commitments. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for executing accounts payable and receivable activities to ensure timely payment of the company's financial obligations, with maximum possible agility. § Receive and verify all documents for payment and collection, checking required approvals in accordance with established policies and procedures; § Reconcile received documentation and collection bills\\\\DDA's; § Monitor accounts receivable portfolio and follow up on customer delinquency; § Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly payment forecasts for cash flow management; § Prepare reports on the company's financial position for investment/redemption purposes, verifying daily movements; § Record treasury-related transactions, such as issued checks, payment vouchers, and received funds; § Prepare and monitor the company's fixed contractual obligations calendar, including rent, corporate cards, electricity and telephone bills, social charges, benefits, taxes, among others, and follow up with responsible departments; § Record transactions and generate files for treasury, ensuring visibility of payment batch(es) for approval; § Generate daily bank account statements to identify balances and perform reconciliations; § Record daily payments and receipts in the system; § Follow up and reconcile corporate card expense statements, travel reports, and operator invoices; § Monitor and follow up on documents required for settlement of advances granted, and record them in the system; § Prepare and maintain updated physical files of payments and receipts, forwarding them to accounting at month-end; § Monitor the company's accounts receivable and payable to prevent losses or data discrepancies; § Cancel bank reconciliations for accounting and tax adjustments; § Assist the accounting department in resolving accounting reconciliation discrepancies (credits/debits); § Identify credits related to merchandise returns and duplicate payments; § Contact suppliers to recover credits related to advances (duplicates) and merchandise returns; § Receive sales invoices issued for the domestic market and verify issuance date, due date, and purchase order creation; § Support continuous improvement of processes within the area; § Perform duties in compliance with institutional rules, safety, health, hygiene, and occupational safety standards; § Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the business environment; Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace.
