This professional will work directly on operations, leading by example, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth internal processes. **Key Responsibilities:** **Commercial & Sales:** * Engage in frontline sales activities, supporting and developing the team * Monitor performance indicators (targets, conversion rate, average transaction value) * Conduct negotiations, grant discounts, and close sales * Substitute for the Commercial Manager in their absence **Team Management:** * Train, supervise, and develop the team * Support performance management and team engagement **Administrative & Operational:** * Supervise cash register, credit department, and inventory operations * Reconcile cash registers, control expenses, and perform deposits * Support administrative routines, reporting, and deadlines * Manage documents, electronic timekeeping, vacations, and leaves of absence * Ensure store organization, process adherence, and operational functionality **Requirements:** * Experience in sales and team management * Commercial mindset, goal- and results-oriented * Negotiation and leadership skills * Organizational ability and administrative process management capability * Strong communication skills and proactivity **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the furniture and electronics sector * Familiarity with commercial performance indicators * Willingness to travel and/or relocate Center Móveis e Eletros offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
