What can you expect from this role? • Management of the Merchandising team • Management of the Field Plan • Execution of the defined strategy for POS (Point-of-Sale) implementation • Directing preventive and corrective actions based on business KPI analysis • Execution of the Trade Marketing plan at POS, including visibility • Maintenance of databases — store dashboard information • Building close relationships with the sales team and customers • Monitoring sell-out performance with customers Does this sound like you? • Currently pursuing a university degree • Intermediate Excel proficiency • Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) Why Unilever?
