In line with our Talent Principles, internal candidates applying for an OJP must meet the minimum tenure in their current role as follows: WL1 Blue Collar: 12 months in current role; WL1 White Collar: 18 months in current role; WL2\+: 24 months in current role. What can you expect from this role? • Manage the Merchandising team • Manage the Field Plan • Execute the defined strategy for implementation at the Point of Sale (POS) • Direct preventive and corrective actions based on business KPI analysis • Execute the Trade Marketing plan at the POS, including visibility • Maintain databases — store dashboard information • Build close relationships with the sales team and customers • Monitor sell-out performance with customers Does this sound like you? • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree • Intermediate Excel proficiency • Valid Brazilian Driver’s License (Category B) Why Unilever?
