Focus on compliance, savings, and results **SENIOR PROCUREMENT ANALYST** **Summary:** Execute all procurement activities for the company in accordance with established procurement processes, maintaining activity compliance and consistently pursuing savings in negotiations. **Responsibilities:** * Develop new suppliers by researching alternative sources of supply. * Lead strategic negotiations. * Analyze requisitions, request quotations, prepare competitive bidding maps, and issue purchase orders in the Protheus system. * Monitor delivery timelines, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLA) and managing returns when necessary. * Analyze performance indicators. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or related fields. **Experience:** * Experience in strategic negotiation. **Technical Competencies:** * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills, financial mathematics, and negotiation techniques. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical profile, ethical conduct, strong communication skills, and results-oriented mindset. **Other Requirements:** * Familiarity with the Protheus system is a plus. **Benefits:** * Vale\-Mais, Well Wub, Medical and Dental Insurance.
