The professional will be responsible for structuring national and international contracts for inputs, materials, equipment, and services; performing price quotations, analyses, standardizations, negotiations, formalizations, logistics processes, and resolution of post-purchase issues with suppliers and service providers; developing new supply sources; aiming to maintain and reduce costs while always prioritizing the best cost-benefit ratio in accordance with investment criteria, achieving performance results aligned with established parameters. The professional must follow corporate guidelines and ensure compliance with SA8000, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 14001 standards\. **Temporary position for 8 months.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze purchase requisitions, reviewing registered specifications to identify characteristics of each product/service and requesting, jointly with suppliers, materials/services compatible with the requisition; * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms with suppliers and service providers to minimize costs and adequately fulfill purchase requests; * Execute high-complexity purchases according to requests submitted by various company departments, adhering to item specifications, verifying quantities, and complying with applicable company norms, policies, and procedures; * Negotiate/re-negotiate with suppliers the return of materials and cancellation of purchases, informing them of quantitative and qualitative errors in the supplied items and arranging necessary corrections where applicable, as well as negotiating claims raised under service provision and supply contracts. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or Engineering. * Prior experience in service procurement within the Supply Chain area. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in mining or sales sectors; * Postgraduate degree in related fields. **Additional Information** **Salary \+ Benefits** * Health Insurance (co-payment); * Dental Insurance (co-payment); * Profit Sharing Program (PR); * Private Pension Plan; * Life Insurance; * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * School Kit; * Christmas Kit; * Counseling Program.
