Job Summary: Logistics professional responsible for controlling transportation requests, developing indicators, managing SLAs, and analyzing reports. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and management of operational reports and discrepancies **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Control and monitoring of transportation requests (deliveries and pickups of materials, stock transfers, loading, and transportation tracking); Development and control of fleet indicators, workflows, and costs; Development and monitoring of operational reports and KPIs; SLA management for services provided to customers (internal and external); Monitoring and management of discrepancies; Participation in alignment meetings for departmental projects; Analysis of reports (orders and deliveries). **REQUIREMENTS:** High school diploma completed; Experience in logistics; Ability to work under pressure; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel spreadsheets) Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.800,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
