Ensures service quality and continuity for customers The IRLA Technician (Networks) is responsible for direct involvement in the internet service provider's network infrastructure, performing activities such as repairing cable breaks, expanding the network, and conducting preventive and corrective maintenance. Ensures proper operation of the fiber optic network and other technologies, guaranteeing service quality and continuity for customers. * Completed high school education (a technical course in Telecommunications, Networks, or related fields is a plus); * Knowledge of optical networks (GPON, FTTH, FTTA); * Experience in fiber splicing, use of OTDR, and measurement equipment; * Availability for fieldwork and work at heights; * Driver's license category AB. * Identify, locate, and repair fiber optic cable breaks; * Perform network expansions, including cable laying, splicing, and branching of fiber optic cables; * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on backbone and access networks; * Perform optical link testing, measurements, and certifications (OTDR, power meter, etc.); * Support organization and standardization of external and internal networks; * Respond to technical service calls related to the main network, reducing downtime; * Work in compliance with telecommunications safety standards and best practices.
