Technical support and assurance of operational standards We are seeking a **Telecom Operations Coordinator** to manage teams responsible for handling incidents, resolving technical failures, and ensuring network and customer stability. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate field-based installation, network, and technical support teams. * Monitor and ensure compliance with SLAs for service response and resolution. * Monitor KPIs such as repair time, recurrence rate, service quality, and productivity. * Analyze recurring failures and propose continuous improvement actions. * Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment. * Provide technical support to teams for more complex issues. * Ensure compliance with company safety regulations and operational standards. * Perform people management: organizing routines, providing feedback, scheduling, and technical training. * Collaborate with Support, Installations, and External Network teams to ensure efficient service workflows. **Requirements:** * Experience in telecom technical areas (repair, maintenance, external network, or installations). * Experience in managing or leading operational teams. * Knowledge of optical networks, failure identification, and correction. * Proficiency in KPIs, operational control, and decision-making. * Valid driver's license. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical education in Telecommunications, Networks, Electronics, or related fields.
