Support for team growth and structuring in retail We are looking for a Generalist HR Analyst with strong expertise in Recruitment \& Selection to support our team's growth and structuring in the retail sector. Key Responsibilities: \- Lead end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes (from operational to strategic) \- Align job profiles with store and administrative department managers \- Post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct interviews \- Monitor R\&S metrics (time-to-fill, hiring accuracy, etc.) \- Support managers on people-related matters \- Provide generalist HR support across various HR demands Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related fields * Experience in Recruitment \& Selection, preferably in retail * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and organizational sense * Ability to handle high volumes of job openings * Familiarity with R\&S tools Work Location: On-site
