Ensure higher equipment availability and operational efficiency We are looking for a **PCM Analyst** to join a reputable metallurgical industry, with emphasis on **industrial maintenance planning and control**, ensuring higher equipment availability, organizing maintenance routines, and supporting the factory's operational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; * Control work orders and maintenance schedules; * Monitor maintenance performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, and reliability); * Support inventory control of spare parts, materials, and maintenance history; * Coordinate between maintenance and production teams to align shutdowns and priorities; * Prepare reports and analyses for continuous improvement of the department. **Requirements:** * Experience with **PCM / Maintenance Planning and Control**; * Industrial environment experience; * Knowledge of maintenance indicators and service scheduling; * Proficiency in **Excel** and maintenance/ERP systems; * Analytical, organized profile with process-oriented mindset.
