Job Summary: Professional responsible for identifying needs and planning development actions, including training programs and T&D evaluation. Key Highlights: 1. Evaluation of T&D initiatives' effectiveness and support for leadership development We are seeking a professional responsible for identifying training needs across departments and planning development actions, including: \- Identifying training needs across departments; \- Planning and executing training programs; \- Developing instructional materials and learning paths; \- Delivering in-person and online training sessions; \- Evaluating the effectiveness of T\&D initiatives (metrics and feedback); \- Supporting leadership development and organizational culture initiatives.
