Responsible for administering HR subsystems, covering: personnel department, recruitment and selection, employee support, training/development, and performance evaluations. Act as the company's legal representative in labor-related matters. Perform tasks typical of an HR Analyst role. On-site work in São José dos Pinhais / PR. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Consultant, HR Coordinator, or HR Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
