Supervise onboarding, offboarding, and payroll. Develop human resource management policies and strategies. Monitor organizational climate and employee satisfaction. Implement training and development programs. Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal regulations. Manage benefits and compensation. Support leadership in team management. Analyze HR metrics and propose improvements. Previous experience as Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Coordinator, Human Resources Supervisor, or Talent Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
