Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior IT Technician to provide first-level technical support, serving as the initial point of contact for company users. Key Highlights: 1. Equipment organization and maintenance **Junior IT Technician – Infrastructure** **Location:** BR-277 Highway, No. 15098 (Curitiba–Paranaguá direction) – Business condominium located in Borda do Campo neighborhood, São José dos Pinhais **Work Model:** On-site **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (40 hours/week) We are seeking a Junior IT Technician to provide first-level (N1) technical support, serving as the initial point of contact for company users. The professional will be responsible for initial user assistance, IT incident diagnosis and resolution, as well as ticket follow-up and infrastructure support. **Main Responsibilities** * Providing N1 technical support via internal ticketing system and extension. * Diagnosing and resolving issues related to: * Systems and software * Login and internet connectivity * Printers * Structured cabling * Digital certificates * Network mapping * VPN and remote access * Escalating tickets to higher support levels when necessary. * Organizing and maintaining the workstation and work equipment. * Occasional on-site support at group offices. **Requirements** * Prior experience with N1 technical support / Help Desk. * Availability for occasional external support assignments. * Availability for occasional after-hours support. * Preference for candidates residing in São José dos Pinhais or nearby areas. **Additional Working Hours** * Possibility of overtime on Saturdays on a rotating shift basis with the team, typically from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM, only when required. **Compensation and Benefits** * **Salary:** R$ 2.872,75 * **Health Insurance:** Paraná Clínicas (SulAmérica), with no co-payment and no cost to employee * **Meal Allowance (Alelo):** R$ 200.00/month * **On-site meals** * **Transportation Allowance** Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Up to R$2.872,75 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * First-level technical support (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
