Job Summary: An IT professional to provide technical support, perform infrastructure maintenance, monitor systems and networks, and handle incident resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Identify and resolve incidents * Provide technical support for systems; * Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, networks, and peripherals; * Monitor the operation of unit IT infrastructure (network, internet, servers, and equipment); * Support network management and maintenance (cabling, corporate and guest Wi\-Fi, switches, and routers); * Track technical service requests and ensure compliance with established SLAs; * Identify and resolve infrastructure-related incidents; * Support access management, permissions, and information security policies.
