Manage purchase orders from requisition through to delivery, ensuring alignment with established policies and deadlines. Participate in import processes, monitoring procedures, documentation, shipping, customs clearance, and logistics timelines. Evaluate and qualify domestic and international suppliers, tracking performance in quality, delivery timeliness, and cost. Monitor contract and purchase order compliance, address deviations, and propose solutions. Prepare procurement tracking reports and performance indicators (savings, lead time, service level). Support Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Logistics departments in fulfilling material and service requirements. Participate in audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
