With a user-friendly interface, it facilitates access to essential information and services. **Responsibilities:** Generate production orders in the system according to the established schedule. Create and track purchase requests for missing materials. Communicate with internal customers regarding pending materials and support related discussions. Receive and organize documentation from the product engineering department. Monitor raw material inventory levels. Issue and track purchase requisitions according to production needs. Monitor supplier delivery deadlines. Organize documentation related to materials and procurement. Support PCM routines by assisting in the control and organization of maintenance demands. Previous experience as a Planning Assistant, Production Assistant, PCP Analyst, or PCP Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this position. High school diploma required.
