Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the department, assisting with product display, adhering to production and cleaning schedules, and managing goods. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in preparing and organizing the department 2. Maintaining product display in the self-service area 3. Managing and organizing goods in the cold room * Prepare the department to ensure it is fully ready for service commencement, assisting the team with cleaning and assembling counters, verifying equipment integrity within the department, checking pricing labels, and assisting with post-counter-organization cleaning of the department. * Maintain product display in the self\-service area. * Adhere to the weekly production schedule (marinated and processed meats) and deep cleaning schedule, sanitizing the entire area, machinery, and work tools. * Assist with receiving goods. * Store and organize goods in the cold room. * Assist during audits. * Perform tasks required in the department at store closing time, including cleaning and dismantling counters, sanitizing and powering off equipment.
