Responsible for achieving targets, controlling losses, supervising restocking, organization (merchandising), and ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and labor legislation. **Key Responsibilities and Activities:** * Responsible for team management, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, shift scheduling, and absenteeism tracking, fostering a positive and productive organizational climate; * Responsible for operational store management, supervising sales, inventory, restocking, cash handling, perishables, cleaning, etc., ensuring adherence to company standards and sanitary regulations; * Responsible for inventory control, monitoring product turnover, expiration dates (to prevent losses), periodic inventories, and supplier negotiations. * Responsible for commercial and financial management, analyzing performance indicators (sales, margins, losses) to meet targets, control costs, and ensure profitability. * Responsible for customer service, aiming to deliver service excellence and resolve complaints or complex situations. **Requirements:*** High school diploma – Bachelor’s degree preferred * Basic computer skills (Office suite and systems) * Prior experience in this role * Flexible schedule availability * Leadership, strong communication skills, and ability to solve problems quickly. * Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems. * Knowledge of sanitary and food safety regulations **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance
