The Quero-Quero Store Manager Program is an opportunity for entrepreneurial retail leaders aiming to advance their careers within one of the country's largest Home and Construction companies. _What will you do? Initially, you will join our store manager training program, learning about our culture and participating in leadership and company-process training sessions featuring both theoretical and practical experiences—integrating your knowledge and preparing you to manage one of our branches. After completing your training, you will: - Assume management of one of our branches; - Deliver and ensure excellent customer service and community relations with our customers and suppliers; - Foster team motivation and engagement through a positive work environment aligned with company values; - Lead and train your team to achieve company-expected results; - Monitor and manage branch performance; - Ensure execution of team tasks and daily store operations. _Who are we looking for? Retail team leaders from RS, SC, PR, MS, and SP states, with experience in construction materials and/or electronics, furniture, or financial services, and availability for travel and relocation.
