Professional development in an inclusive and diverse environment. **ENGIE Brasil Energia is seeking a new** **talent to join our team!** **Transmission Maintenance Operator II – Substation** We are looking for a **Transmission Maintenance Operator II**, responsible for performing local operational maneuvers coordinated with the remote operations team, isolating transmission systems and equipment, executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, monitoring operations remotely via telecontrol, observing potential operational anomalies on screen, and issuing appropriate reports and actions. **If you are proactive, possess strong interpersonal skills, and seek a dynamic environment for professional growth, this is the place for you!** **Responsibilities:** * Record equipment abnormalities identified, recommend corrective and preventive measures, record intervention controls and respective results through the Company’s operational system, ensuring data accuracy to generate a database for reporting, performance indicators, and decision-making support; * Perform maintenance services on protection, transmission, and telecommunications equipment and systems, as well as calibration, electronic maintenance, and special testing on high-criticality equipment, in compliance with the Maintenance Plan and unplanned interventions, recording information in the system; * Perform external and control room operations, maintaining constant contact with the telecontrol area; operating electrical and electromechanical installations at transmission assets’ substations when required; * Operate equipment such as PTA, Munck, and forklifts, following specific training for each equipment; * Respond to urgent and emergency situations involving substation (SE) equipment and systems until full restoration is achieved, as well as perform maneuvers at the SE during preventive and/or corrective maintenance execution; * Implement necessary and required operational-level actions to comply with the Company’s Industrial Control Systems Security Policy; * Adhere to clearly defined internal procedures, documenting difficulties and non-compliance issues, and potentially participate in developing new procedures or revising existing ones together with leadership and/or the Operations technical team; * Conduct tests and trials on substation equipment. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Electronics, or related fields, with an active CFT certificate. * Substation equipment and systems – intermediate level. * Health, safety regulations and applicable procedures – intermediate level. * Integrated management system – intermediate level. * Maintenance management tools and technical documentation software – intermediate level. * Reading and interpreting technical equipment manuals, technical drawings, and flowcharts – intermediate level. * Transmission-related processes and associated equipment and systems – intermediate level. * Maintenance and operation procedures, plans, methods, and techniques – intermediate level. * Computer literacy: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, internet, and email – intermediate level. * Various administrative processes and routines within the area of expertise – intermediate level. **Desirable Attributes:** * English – basic. **Interested in this challenge?
