Manage budgets and performance reports **Company: IBEMAPAR** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, coordinate, and monitor agricultural and livestock activities; * Supervise field teams, operators, technicians, and service providers; * Ensure proper execution of management practices, planting, harvesting, input application, machine calibration, and soil and water conservation; * Monitor production, quality, and operational cost indicators; * Control annual farm budgets; * Conduct procurement, manage inventories, perform supplier reconciliations, and monitor operational cash flow; * Prepare periodic technical and economic performance reports. * Promote occupational safety and compliance with labor regulations. * Ensure compliance with environmental, labor, and sanitary legislation. * Implement sustainability best practices, certifications, and georeferencing. * Represent farms before public agencies, notaries, suppliers, customers, and the local community. * Maintain relationships with technical consultants, agronomists, veterinarians, forestry engineers, and other strategic partners. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or Business Administration; * Knowledge of agricultural machinery, input procurement, and production delivery; * Minimum 5 years of experience managing medium- or large-scale rural properties. * Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams, controlling costs, and planning harvests or production. * Minimum 3 years of experience managing machinery and maintenance, production planning and control, basic accounting, and financial control. **COMPETENCIES:** Proactivity | Organization | Self-management | Communication | Discipline | Team Management | Dynamism | Time Management **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** CLT **LOCATION:** Guarapuava | Paraná **SALARY:** To be negotiated **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **BENEFITS:** Transportation Voucher | Meal Allowance R$45.00/day | Amil Health Plan | Profit Sharing (PLR) | Gympass | Life Insurance Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
